This new multi-disciplinary programme is based on National Education Policy 2020. The NEP advocates holistic development in terms of both hands-on experience and academia. This new school will establish and emphasise the relation between other engineering disciplines such as Biosciences and Bioengineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, and Chemical. This will not only help in establishing new standards but will create a new niche of start-ups and MSMEs that will provide affordable healthcare technologies.
